Kohen Cymbals sells cymbals, cymbal packs, effects cymbals, accessories, and related products. We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent products, specifications, photographs, videos, and sound demonstrations.
Handmade Variations
Kohen Cymbals are individually manufactured and handcrafted. Reasonable differences in weight, hammering, lathing, finish, color, markings, texture, appearance, and sound may occur between cymbals of the same model/size. These natural variations are not by themselves manufacturing defects.
Sound Demos
Audio/video demonstrations represent the general character of a cymbal but do not guarantee an identical sound. Sound can vary based on the individual cymbal, sticks, technique, mounting, room, microphones, recording equipment, processing, speakers/headphones, and other factors.
Images
Colors, finishes, markings, hammering and appearance may vary slightly from online images.
Pricing & Orders
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Kohen Cymbals may correct pricing/inventory errors or refuse/cancel orders for legitimate reasons such as fraud, payment problems, inventory errors or product unavailability. If we cancel after collecting payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for accurate billing, shipping, payment and contact information.
Shipping
Customers must provide an accurate shipping address. Delivery/transit times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions and similar circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Additional rules are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are generally final. We do not offer standard returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal sound preference, or normal handmade variations.
Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed case-by-case, including an incorrect product, significant shipping damage, or a confirmed manufacturing defect materially affecting the product. A resolution may include replacement, exchange, store credit, return, partial refund or full refund where appropriate.
Product Care
Customers are responsible for proper mounting, handling, transportation and storage. Damage from misuse, improper mounting/storage, accidents, modification or neglect is not a manufacturing defect. Normal fingerprints, stick marks, discoloration and patina are normal wear.
Promotions
Church Packs, bundles, discounts, referral offers and promotions may have separate conditions. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
Intellectual Property
The Kohen Cymbals name, logos, branding, product names, photos, graphics, videos, audio demos, recordings and original website content may not be commercially reproduced, distributed, modified or used without authorization except where permitted by law.
Customers may not use the website for unlawful/fraudulent purposes, interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, impersonate others or attempt unauthorized access.
Third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors and carriers may have their own terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kohen Cymbals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
General
We may update these Terms and post a revised date. If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to apply. Terms are governed by laws applicable to Kohen Cymbals' principal place of business, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
